Finance for Non-Finance Managers   Finance for non-finance managers training for those who do not specialise in finance but need to understand and act upon reports presented to them by their accountant or finance department.  We offer one-to-one bespoke training aimed at increasing commercial awareness as well as understanding how a P & L works or what a Balance Sheet means.   Our training is aimed at giving the trainee the confidence and ability to interpret and question the figures presented to them.  Allowing them to make informed decisons and contribute effectively to any budget or management decision in which they may be involved.   All training is task orientated focusing on your organisation's goals, we offer lots of practical advice and tips and our trainers are always available post training to offer ongoing advice and support, where needed.    Recommended for owner managers or the recently promoted who are now required to interact with thier accountant or finance department at a higher level.   Prices from: £250 per day (plus travel if outside the West Midlands).
